Svært behelpelige og hyggelige folk som driver plassen. Enkel å kommunisere med siden de kan engelsk. Rene rom med AC og

Personalet var hyggelig og svært behjelpelig! Romene var rene og de har en liten søt takterasse man kan benytte. De fleste som jobber der snakker engelsk så vi hadde aldri noe problem med å kommunisere med de.
Vi fikk også vasket klærne våre der, noe som var enkelt og praktisk for oss😊

Cons:

Liten varmtvannstank så hvis flere skal dusje går det fort tomt for varmtvann.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé pour découvrir Varanasi : près des Ghats mais accessible en taxi.
L'hôtel m' a accueillie en pleine nuit "en urgence" alors que je n'avais pas réservé, car ma réservation dans un autre établissement n'avait pas été honorée.
Chambre parfaitement propre, avec eau chaude, clim et ventilateur.
Personnel très serviable et réactif, vraiment attentif au bien-être des clients.
Une de mes meilleures expériences en Inde.

お世話になりました。
Pros:

●スタッフが優しい。
・空港からのタクシー、空港までのタクシーを手配してくれた。
・早朝ボートの手配をしてくれた。
・朝食を準備してくれた(屋上のテラスで食べれるように机も用意してくれたが、雨だったので部屋で食べた)。
・水が欲しいと言ったらくれた(1L 1本 20ルピーで都度購入)。
●ベッドシーツは見た目は綺麗だったと思うし、蚊やダニなどに噛まれることもなく、無事に過ごせた。

Cons:

●シャワーとトイレが同じ空間というより、もうトイレのほぼ真上にシャワーがあって、日本人にとっては使いにくい(使い方がわからない)。ただ、私達はそもそも、シャワーもできない覚悟で1泊にして行っていたので、許容(2泊以上だったら厳しい)。
●あとひとつ。これはホテルのせいではないのかもしれないが…、帰りに手配してくれたタクシーの運転手が、エアコンをつけたという理由だけでチップを要求してきたのが気に入らなかった。

Arrivati ci hanno chiesto una cifra superiore di quella prevista nella prenotazione. hanno insistito e abbiamo dovuto cedere data l'ora tarda.La camera era pulita, fornita di condizionatore, ventilatore e acqua calda, però senza ascensore al quarto piano con una scala ripida che ci ha sfinito ogni volta. La reception era funzionante. Per quanto riguarda il trasferimento in aeroporto per il ritorno Il proprietario ci ha chiesto 1000 poi è abbassati a 800 prendere o lasciare,, queste le sue parole,mentre io all'arrivo alle 9:00 di sera avevo pagato per il taxi solo 550 rupie, e io ho preso un tuc tuc a 350 rupie. Anche a noi sono state offerti i servizi di guida e di shopping e non abbiamo accettato

おもてなし精神で対応してくれるホテル
Pros:

とてもアットホームで、安心して滞在できる素晴らしいホテルです。
宿泊前からホテルマネージャーが連絡をくださり、滞在中も毎日のように「すべて問題ないか」と気にかけてくださいました。
滞在中に体調を崩し、さらに怪我をしてしまったのですが、病院までの交通手配をしてくださっただけでなく、わざわざ病院まで様子を見に来てくださいました。
ホテルマネージャーとスタッフの皆さんの温かいサポートと優しさに心から感謝しています。
安心して滞在できるホテルとして、ぜひお勧めしたいです。

Hotel muy cerca del Ganges y del Assi Ghat, habitación cómoda y limpia. Suben el desayuno a la habitación, no está mal.
El personal es atento y amable, están pendientes de que todo esté bien y te gestionan traslados a/desde aeropuerto o estación.
Pudimos dejar las maletas todo el día después del check out.

Cons:

Calle bastante bulliciosa... como todo en Varanasi, pero aún así, no hubo demasiado ruido y dormimos bien. Mejor si la habitación da al interior.

Pros:

I had a comfortable stay at The Hotel Ananya Inn. I had a room on the back so it was away from most of the road noise. The room and bathroom was clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel that I could see. It was nice to have a selection of light options in the room so it felt cosy at night. My room had a balcony overlooking the alleyway behind that had shops and another hotel on. Not a place to sit but excellent at drying washing overnight. The balcony was had bars to the outside so was very secure. The hotel is not far from Assi Ghat and there are plenty of places to eat in this area. Breakfast was brought to your room anything from 8am to 8:45 am in my case. This consisted of an omelette, bread, butter, jam, two bananas, a yoghurt, a fruit juice and a hot drink of your choice. I was also given a packed breakfast as I had to leave early on the last day to catch a flight.

Cons:

The noise was my biggest issue but this is Varanasi on a road which has traffic all day although a lots less at night. Clearly this is not the fault of the hotel. I slept in ear plugs so I had a good nights sleep every night.

We enjoyed the Breakfast and service we received when we asked to change room. The well working hot shower was also a big plus.

Cons:

The first room we got was facing the street and very noicy. The staff were nice and let us change room. The other room was more quiet but smelled damp/moldy. We booked this place because the pictures looked like a home stay with nice vibe, guests having breakfast together. This is not the case. There is no social space in the hotel.

Pros:

The location is good, as is the breakfast. The staff are nice and friendly. Beds are indeed super comfortable! The room's a decent size too, with some space to keep your luggage. There's a desk too.

Cons:

Only minor details, honestly. Quite noisy even on the 4th floor (my room faced a busy road) -- I wish they had thicker windows. One of the staff members refused to give me recommendations of any good restaurants in the neighborhood, insisting that I either order from them or go out and figure it out myself. Tbh, he wasn't rude about it at all, but this commission-based attitude is just a little sad.

We had a very positive experience at Ananya Inn Hotel, the room was clean and comfortable and the position really convenient, close to the Ghat but also reachable with a taxi. Sonu, the manager, was very attentive and always available to help or give suggestions. Warmly reccomended!
