Fantastic place and perfect location!
Pros:

We are a family of five (three kids included). The owner Saurabh was very kind and flexible to help us. The family run homestay is situated very central, great location. We felt very safe at this location. We had the family rooms and that was just perfect for us. Breakfast was just unbelievable..so delicious and freshly home made. Saurabh made sure we had a great guide to take us around and also the best driver he had suggested as well. We truly recommend this homestay and also recommend all the services they provide along..incredibly trustworthy. We hope to see you again someday. Until then: all the best to you and your family! Warm regards from all five of us :)

Pros:

Excellent value. Couldn't have picked a better location.
Nice simple breakfast. Had indian and continental breakfast which consisted of eggs and toast or cereal and toast or an Indian breakfast. Breakfast was between 8:30am and 10am.
We arrived fairly early due to an early flight. Glad we arranged transport pick up thru the hotel as the hotel would have been difficult to locate on our own. Since in the older historic area near by AssiGhat, cars aren't able to enter the alley ways.
Saurabh and his wife sweety, assisted with all this as well as arranging a half day walking tour as well as a sunrise boat trip for us.
All the staff were warm and welcoming. Since it was early and our rooms weren't available yet, we were provided a room to rest and cool off in. Now that's customer service.

Pros:

Excelente hospedaje en India. El manager no se encontraba cuando llegamos pero tuvimos una excelente comunicación por WhatsApp. El padre, quien no hablaba mucho inglés, se esforzó en recibirnos de la mejor manera y hacernos sentir como en casa. El desayuno es fantástico y la ubicación excelente a pasos de Assi Ghat donde puedes observar las ceremonias de mañana y tarde.

Cons:

El baño no está dentro de la habitación pero no es un problema.

I felt like it was a family stay.
I thought I lost my cell phone as I dropped it behind the bed....however it happened.
Thank you so much for all your assistance and empathy in that situation as well as for the booking of the taxi.

Excelente hotel, excelente ubicacion y gran atencion
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien, lo recomiendo 100%.
Al principio no nos fiábamos por los comentarios negativos que decían que eran habitaciones pequeñas, en cambio nuestra experiencia no ha sido así. La habitación era agradable, cómoda limpia y equipada. El personal super amable, hasta nos ayudó como un guía a saber dónde estaban situados algunos lugares. Se encuentra bien situado ya que está bastante céntrico pero dentro de lo que cabe se encuentra en una calle más tranquila.
El hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion, puedes ir caminando a los ghats y ver las ceremonias, pero creo que lo mejor del hotel es la atencion de todo el personal, sobre todo gracias a la ayuda de Saurabh quien también me dio soluciones para poder ir al aeropuerto! Espero regresar

Pros:

Lovely staff, great breakfast, right next to Assi Ghat for morning & evening aartis. Room was comfortable and clean, ac worked. We had a lovely stay!

Cons:

Only thing was the window in our room led to inner hallway, and the curtain was on the outside. Glass was frosted and nobody moved the curtain at all so not really a problem, but maybe that's something to change :)

Outstanding staff!
Pros:

Super friendly owner and very helpful staff, always happy to help me with any of my enquiries.
Location really close to Assi Ghat.
Nice terrace also to interact with other travellers.
They arrange our boat tours and city tours it was really amazing and fun.
Everything was always clean.
Would definitely come back!

L’emplacement, à 5 min du Gange !
L’hôte qui a été super pour nous trouver des activités sympas et de qualité !
Clim qui marche bien.

Cons:

Les draps malheureusement tâchés, la salle de bain pas pratique et pas très propre.
Varanasi est dans l’ensemble l’une des villes les plus sales visitées en Inde et je pense que malheureusement cela joue dans la capacité de l’hôtel.
