Cons:

We were 4 guests. Cutlery for only 3 people were provided. Kitchen zink has mould in the wood. 2 Dishcloths were both dirty or had bad stains on it. I didn't want to use it, because wasn't sure weather it's dirt or stains.. Tiles above kitchen zink broken. TV small and very far from the sleepercouch to relax on. Only 1 uncomfortable outdated sleepercouch for 4 people to relax on. Did not work for us. Tiles in sitting area were broken. Shower tiles were dirty . Still a lot of hair of previous guests in shower. Shower door struggled to close. Area around basin taps are black due to dirt and not being cleaned properly. It looked disgusting. Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels were provided for 4 guests.. Sigarette smoke smell were still in the air. Overall, the place needs a fixing up and good clean.

Somewhat disappointing
Pros:

Location is good and easy. I did not have breakfast but would have liked a "first-thing" cup of coffee - however there was no coffee provided in my room

Cons:

I was given a remote for returning to the hotel as night that didn't work and there was no back-up plan

Satisfactory
Pros:

The location and the staff but you can pick up the staff are thinly spread. Not sure 🤔 if they cut it down on weekends. However they were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The front stoep very dirty. Needs a daily scrub and sweep? The wind blows in leaves I get that but not spiderwebs. Beds are small and hard.
