Omgivelsene(ute)turmuligheter - spisesal, resepsjonsområdet var fint!

Cons:

Hadde oppgradert til delux m/balkong- rommet var mørkt, gammelt og slitt og balkongen var alt for liten for to voksne- ROM 304 - mye støy fra kjøkken ventilasjon+matos!!! I forhold til pris så holder ikke dette mål!!!!

Hotell med flott beliggenhet på fjellet.
Pros:

Godt utvalg av mat på frokosten. Flott buffet på kvelden. Treningsrom er meget godt utstyrt. Hotellet har flott beliggenhet på fjellet.

Cons:

Badstu virket ikke de tre døgnene vi var der. Renhold i dusj/toalett herregarderobe var ikke helt bra.

Avoide, high price that did not deliver on any level.
Pros:

The location was the only reason we chose the property despite the price, accepting the price assuming we get a service and facilities that will be worth it, however we were utterly disappointed.

Cons:

The staff was rude and clueless starting at the reception and continuing through the stay. The spa facilities were either not working (most of them did not) or were utterly needing an update. They did not provide any additional towels to use the spa. The dinner buffet was expensive, which we wouldn’t have minded if it would have offered accordingly to the price tag, but it was just disappointing. There was no daily room cleaning, which they excused as sustainability but this is just a dam excuse not to even hoover the rooms. I can absolutely say I do not recommend at all.

Pros:

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Visited on a weekday in September. The area was very quiet and remote, not much to do except local hiking. Felt the price was quite expensive for the off season. Dinner menu was very limited or an expensive buffet. Went for breakfast near the later end and some of the food was cold/picked over.

Cons:

Room was very utilitarian, bathroom tiny. Short staffed, so one person was dealing with reception and the bar; impossible to get a pre-dinner drink as she was checking people in. Allocated tables at dinner had us sitting next to a large table of noisy children - when we asked to move we were given a table just a few feet further away. We discovered later there was a whole other, much nicer room with spare tables and no large groups. The seductive photos on the website are misleading - the wine room was mainly empty bottles, just for show, for example.
