Highly recommended, great rooms, staff and food. Excellent location for motorbikers.
Pros:

Excellent location in Vernante, close to the Colle de Tende and the start of the Via del Sale. Family-run hotel, restaurant, bar, next-door bakery....Great staff, in particular Andrea who shared his motorbike expertise and the tracks, giving us a great map.
Excellent local food, nicely decorated rooms.

Cons:

Nothing - I would go back in a heartbeat.
