Pros:

Habitación amplia, cómoda, la cama espectacular, tenia una decoración muy linda en su presentación con las toallas, las cortinas, etc.
Personal muy amable, desayuno exquisito!
Llegue tarde y me abrieron el estacionamiento y eso me dio mucha seguridad

Cons:

Tuve un poco de problemas con la ducha, me costó mucho que salga agua caliente.

Pros:

Ubicación bien, desayuno bien. Restaurant la comida bien y atención muy bien.
Habitación oscura sin luz y pedimos matrimonial nos asignaron una triple. La atención de la chica de recepción pésima, cuando llegamos nos dijo que no había disponibilidad y que nuestra reserva no era efectiva y luego llego otra persona apoyarla y nos brinda solución. No tiene disposición para tratar con público, no tiene servicio al cliente. Nos comentó que era nueva pero independiente de eso no cuesta ser amable y buscar soluciones.
