It's fine
Pros:

Clean & spacey room. There's a pool but it's a bit dirty, it has no chlorine smell, which I don't know if it's a good or bad thing. The price is reasonable, 1m3 vnd for friday & saturday night. The staff even gave me a breakfast voucher which wasn't included when I booked the room.

Cons:

It gets noisy early in the morning. There's no bathtub as described, only a standing shower tub which can barely fit a sitting person. Can not lie down in it and definitely can not call it a bathtub.

Not happy and will not be returning to Co Ba Vung Tau hotel and/or restaurant!
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Rooms a bit small. Much bigger rooms at a lower price available at other hotels in the area. Shower was weak and had to wait a while to get any warm water. Most disappointing was the breakfast. I booked this hotel as it is owned by the restaurant chain of the same name that sell the famous Banh Khot and other great Vietnamese food which I have enjoyed many times in HCMC. But all that was on offer for breakfast was two types of noodle soup. I couldn't even get a cup of coffee!
And to top it off, on check out I was told that I couldn't use a credit card. That meant having to dash out to the nearest ATM to withdraw cash, adding an extra A$10+ (in bank fees)!

Noise from karaoke until very early hours was terrible.
