Pros:

市の施設の10、11階がホテルになっています。
必要最低限のサービスですが、スタッフの対応は良く、
施設は古いですが、リノベして水回り含めてとても綺麗で清潔感があります。高層階で良い。住宅街の夜景ビュー。
今時の狭いビジホに泊まるなら。こちらの方がおすすめ。
ただし周りにはチェーンの飲食店数件でコンビニもありませんので、寝るだけです。

Cons:

市の施設のなので、繁華街ではありません。周りにコンビニなし。横のスタジアムと合わせて敷地がとても広く、徒歩で外に出るのは億劫です。

Pros:

it is clean and the equipments are new, and the room has a very great wide view

Cons:

too few options served in the buffet breakfast, I really do not think that is worth 1200 yen, not recommended
