It was ok, not good with 2 K per day
The bedsheets were torn and bathroom flush was not good , we need to wait everytime for 15 mins after one flush

3. Towels were not sufficient in the hotel. On asked to give few towels we were told they don’t have any.
Wash room was worst. Flush not working. Very bad experience in all.

This is age old property and has very bad bedding stuff. Very old bedsheets, blankets, comforter and everything.

All bedspread, duvet, pillow covers were so dirt and in spite of request nothing been rectified nor changed !... Washrooms were leaking and full of water !!.... Entire floor is full of smoking smell and did not feel like made comfortable for family visit !
Convenient location close to main rail station. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Decent shower.
Bedding was clean but well worn. No fridge in room.
Breakfast was only okay with very limited options. Overall cleanliness was average.
Parking was a pain.
Staff was not ready to give an extended check out for 1hr and claimed penalty for checking out by 1PM.

From Europeans perspective we experienced stained, worn and holey bed linen cover, pillow cover, dirty walls, the covers were changed by the staff, but unfortunately the one they brought was also stained, although in slightly better condition.
young people came back in the corridor at 1-3 in the morning and were loud.
Cleanliness of room and toilet was good. Staff were eager to make us happy. The front desk helped us by providing us contact of a reliable car hire agent.
Breakfast was very basic. Bed linen, pillow covers and towel had prominent stains/marks/spots from previous usage. Requests for changing them did not help as the new ones also had similar stains. Service staff were unable to communicate in Hindi/English.
