Good location, mediocre building
Pros:

Great location and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Good to have a parking spot available during our stay. Apt was clean, stocked well enough with dishes, nice to have a dishwasher. Spacious and well lit. We didn't have wifi but they responded quickly to resolve the issue - the breaker had been tripped so they needed to come to the apt to fix this. There is also a washer/dryer but we didn't use them. Nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom, ample towels for our stay. Good to have dish detergent and sponge so we didn't have to buy them.

Cons:

Disappointed that the pool was unavailable the day we were able to use it. It was open the day before and then it got closed down by the city due to an electrical problem. I chose this location to have access to a pool so this was a huge disappointment and not worth the extra cost. The building had a lot of "electrical" issues - pool, tripped breaker, and the fire alarm went off as we were leaving so we had to carry our bags down 13 floors (it was also a false alarm). Our key card wouldn't work at the front of the building so we always had to go in the back way. The elevator there smells of garbage, it's better to use the lobby elevator. Annoying that we had to pay $20+ per night to park when the apt was already higher priced. When selecting the room we thought we would get a balcony, but our apt did not have one. Difficult to adjust the AC temperature, it was either on (freezing) or we had to turn it off.

You can tell this is ran by a soulless management company.
Pros:

The room was great, large with a good view.

Cons:

My friends and I stayed in multiple rooms. Keys didn’t work for multiple people and we had no idea how to request physical keys or that it was even an option until we checked out. We couldn’t access the rooftop to enjoy the weather or do morning yoga. The residents we met in the parking garage were VERY rude.

Pros:

Bright, spacious apartment with great views and an excellent location. Large windows bring in lots of natural light, which makes the space feel open and inviting. Everything was very clean and well organized, and all the practical essentials were provided — comfortable bed and linens, plenty of towels, TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, adjustable heat, and a washer/dryer, a great bonus for a short stay. The colourful decor adds a fun personality to the space.

The service and responsiveness were exceptional. Their process has several steps, but everything is clearly explained and fully digital, making it easy to follow. They replied to texts almost immediately and picked up calls quickly when needed, always providing friendly and helpful support.

Cons:

The apartment is very functional, though comfort touches are fairly minimal. Softer pillows and a cozier throw or blanket in the living area would make it feel even more relaxing. A couple of extra wall hooks would also be convenient.

Laundry rooms for the win. Love this concept.
Pros:

Clean, spacious and great locations. Well supplied kitchen and a speaker.

Cons:

A little hard to navigate inside the condo to the garage if you take the wrong elevator.
