Laundry rooms for the win. Love this concept.
Pros:

Clean, spacious and great locations. Well supplied kitchen and a speaker.

Cons:

A little hard to navigate inside the condo to the garage if you take the wrong elevator.

Stay was wonderful, would definetly would return n recommend it.
Pros:

Hosts were great, very helpful with everything. The suite was wonderful, trendy but practical, lots if space too. Both the room, building n even parking garage were very clean. The location in Waterloo was also very nice n safe, with several trendy cafes n stores nearby.

Wonderful
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The Laundry Room Hotel. The facilities are very new and well maintained, and the room was exceptionally clean — truly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The staff were also very responsive and provided timely service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would easily give it a 95% rating.

The only small suggestion is regarding the towels. They appeared to be clean but were not as white or as soft as expected, possibly due to the initial washing process. It’s a minor detail, but improving this would make the experience even more perfect, as everything else was truly excellent. It would also be nice to have even a small box of tissues in the room.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel, and I would happily stay here again.

By the way they have big washer and dryer. Perfect for hockey trip. :)

Condo Style Room, Smaller Bed Than Advertised
Pros:

These rooms are basically condo apartments. There is no reception upon check in; you’re sent instructions. For accessing the building. When we arrived we realized we needed to get parking but didn’t know how to add it after the fact, and no front desk to speak to someone.

We had booked a room with a king sized bed but it was a queen, maybe a double, which was very disappointing as it made the sleep restricting.. It was late and nobody to deal with this situation with our timing. The room was nice and it was clean, and there’s a kitchenette and seating area separate from the bedroom. It’s a nice place to stay if you’re not interested in any other amenities that you would typically get with a hotel.
