Great location.
Pros:

A little overpriced if judging on the rooms but the location is EXCELLENT. The restaurant and bar below the hotel (separate owners) was incredible and the surf beach was across the road. Excellent views to the island and beach across the road so we were able to cope with the older facilities. That said it was all clean enough.

Cons:

We booked double and a triple room and we got a twin and a triple room with a double bed.

the location was the best right opposite the beach next to all the surf schools and by some of the best restaurants

Cons:

the windows were single glazed so could hear the outside very loudly

Few stef to Weligama surf point
Pros:

Close to the main town.in front of the surf point.nice clean room.all the required equipment filled.easy checking and check out.flexible.we got lucky to have late check out.thank you again.we definitely come again

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovations and offered us the option to stay at a more "luxurious" property, Capital O 514 Swiss Residence Weligama. However, this alternative accommodation was too far away, making it an inconvenient choice for us.

For the very affordable price, this place is excellent. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Great location and view of the ocean. Highly recommended.
