Family of 3 - Stayed 7 days and had a disappointing experience
Pros:

The two guys who do the cooking and cleaning barely speak English, but they try to accommodate you and help you as best as they can.

The place is actually in a nice piece of land.

Cons:

Ok, I'm going to be extremely honest on this one (we stayed for 7 days):

We rented a bungalow, but they gave us a triple room. Apparently, the bungalows were already taken. Our room was on a third floor, which can be a lot if you are carrying a lot of stuff.
We got in our room and when we tried putting our water bottles inside the fridge, we found it was off, and full of mold and dirt. Staff came to check it next day and took care of this.
The a/c would start making cracking noises after a while and it would start dripping.
The kitchen sink was wobbly.
The bathroom smelled like sewers, times 10.
The faucet was rusty and would leak all day long with no master key to at least cut it out. It was also completely loose, so there was no way to use it because it would always go sideways and you ended up dripping water all over the place.
The shower was completely rusty like it had never been cleaned/brushed.
Since day 1, the manager said that a plumber would come and take care of everything. Well, after 7 days nothing was taken care of, except for the fridge.
Breakfast was ok, but it's 3 slices of bread with a fried egg and a banana every single day.

Point positif : l’hôte a été compréhensif et ne nous a pas compté de frais de réservation

Cons:

Quel dommage de ne pas avoir dormi dans cet endroit qui ressemble à un petit coin de paradis. Le seul petit point négatif est que le train passe à seulement quelques mètres du bungalow

Pros:

the family bungalow i got was nice, very big, the owners cannot speak english and were a bit confused when i arrived, they didnt understand what room i booked however they are nice people

Cons:

bathroom was smelly, generell cleanness was okay
big minus for me was the following:
i extended my stay for one night and asked them on saturday, a little bit shocked i woke up at 5 am on sunday morning, there was very loud music, i tried to sleep bc i thought it must come from a house next by, at 7 AM on sunday i looked to the other bungalow and there was a whole soundsystem + dj, they were having a afterhour party to whole night, luckly I checked out that day but u was super tired and the owners didnt not informed me about this, it was so loud that i checked out at 8 AM and went to the beach, never experiened something like this..

great staff, especially barack and the local guys, they tried to fix all the problems and were really nice!

Cons:

they hosted a rave party at the property from 6:30am - 22:00pm with super loud music
train passes by the property ever day at 6am waking everyone up
bungalows are full of rats and cockroaches, 2 people of our group had to move out

Pros:

Vacker bungalow till ett mycket bra pris.

Cons:

För nära tågrälsen, blev väckt av flera tåg flera gånger. Dammigt på vissa ställen så behövde ofta nysa. Ifall man är känslig för damm. Stog att det skulle vara bra internet men funkade inte vissa dagar och när det funkade var det endast nära en plats som inte var vårt sovrum så att det skulle vara bra nät var falsk marknadsföring.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was very simple, toast,” butter Jam & fruit
Total power cut for the first night, no fan or AC.
I requested a ground floor room as I was recovering from major surgery. Instead they gave me a room on the third floor with only stairs

Prima hotel, ruime kamers, communicatie zou wat beter kunnen.
Pros:

Prima locatie, we hebben ter plekke scooters gehuurd dus konden ons wel makkelijk verplaatsen naar de plaatsen in de buurt. Er was een ruim grasveld en speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen, dat was handig.

Cons:

De eerste ochtend was het ontbijt niet geregeld op de afgesproken tijd, daarbij was er veel onduidelijkheid en kregen we pas 1,5 uur later het ontbijt.
De communicatie was soms wat moeizaam omdat er niet een duidelijk iemand was die het hotel runde toen we aankwamen.

Baby friendly location with baby crib
Pros:

They have a baby crib! Also a lot of toys, since we came with 1 year baby it was so useful. We spent time to find such location. Nature around, really kid friendly, very friendly staff, nearby see, cheap good restaurants nearby. Recommended!
