Everything is great about the property. Kasun the property owner is an amazing customer service provider including his staff. Everything is amazing down there. I will highly recommend this resort to anyone.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Hillcrest. The staff were lovely / professional, the pool is great (one of our favourites so far) and the hotel dogs were absolutely adorable. Breakfast was also great. It’s not on the beach, but we ended up liking that as we had some peace & quiet at the hotel. We’d happily stay here again.

Cons:

We stayed in the treehouse which is comfortable/fun but it’s one big room aka there is no door for the toilet - it worked out being ok though.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Anlage
Pros:

Uns war vorher gar nicht bewusst, wie außergewöhnlich die Anlage ist 💜 das moderne Tinyhaus im Dschugel ist eine ganz besondere Erfahrung, und gleichzeitig war es super komfortabel und sauber. Man konnte den Regen aufs Dach prasseln hören 🫶🏻 und nachts die verschiedenen Tiere hören. Der Pool war toll, das Frühstück auch, vor allem außergewöhnlich war aber das Personal. Wir haben noch nie so zuvorkommende und liebe Menschen in einem Hotel gehabt - danke für alles ☺️🫶🏻

Der Weg dorthin ist ein bisschen abenteuerlich, steil den Berg hoch, aber auch das war eigentlich kein Problem

De faciliteiten waren fantastisch! Mooie zwembaden, mooi terrein, vriendelijke medewerkers. Airco werkt goed!

Cons:

Prijs is relatief hoog, daarvoor verwacht je absoluut een super schone kamer. Beddengoed en de ventilatoren verdienen aandacht.

The amenities and the property was very nice. Also the owner was very helpful.

Cons:

It was expensive for the time of the year, also the location was hard to reach and you were fully dependent on the hotel’s tuk tuk. The manager wasn’t very transparent to us.
