Obsługa bardzo miła, lokalizacja super.

Cons:

Pokój nie był czysty, spały dwie osoby + pies mało miejsca, dwa oddzielne łóżka - przez telefon byłam zapewniona, że będzie jedno łóżko małżeńskie. Pokój 2m od recepcji o metrażu max 10m2. Umywalka tak mała że się lało, w prysznicu była dziura w brodziku. Łazienka rozmiarów 1x2m.

Bardzo polecam ten hotel! Pobyt był naprawdę udany. Obsługa jest niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta – widać, że dbają o gości i ich komfort. Pokoje są bardzo czyste, zadbane i dobrze przygotowane. W całym obiekcie panuje porządek, wszystko jest schludne i przyjemne dla oka.

Atmosfera w hotelu jest bardzo przyjazna, można się tu naprawdę zrelaksować i odpocząć. Personel reaguje szybko na potrzeby gości i zawsze służy pomocą. Zdecydowanie widać wysoki standard obsługi oraz dbałość o szczegóły.

Bliskość hali wystawowej

Brak informacji o krętych schodach i braku windy ( byłam z wózkiem i walizką oraz ze schorzeniem przez które nie powinnam nosić ciężkich rzeczy) Tragiczne śniadanie, stare pieczywo, najtańszy sok ( zasadniczo napój), brak wody do śniadania. Racuchy- jeden zakalec. Tragedia. Hotel oszukuje oferując za dodatkowe 90 złotych- śniadanie i bezpłatny parking ( okazuje się że parking i tak jest bezpłatny). Podczas pobytu grupa nastolatek które biegały po korytarzu, darły się na cały regulator, skakały i wariowały w pokoju obok waląc po ścianach aż do północy. Wszystkiemu ze spokojem przyglądał się Pan z recepcji i nawet po mojej interwencji nic nie zrobił. Zostawiłam numer telefonu z prośbą o kontakt managera i niestety nie doczekałam się. Totalne olanie gościa.
