Breakfast was good, bedroom was OK, unless you bumped your head on the low ceiling! Dinner in the restaurant was acceptable.
I only booked this hotel because it said it had a washing machine- it didn't. Receptionist was completely unapologetic, bordering on rude when I complained. Had to do the washing in the room. The website has still not been corrected weeks later- this is a measure of the care taken with customer complaints.
The room looks out over a very busy traffic junction with noise and fumes day and night.
If you want to use the safe, there is an extra charge.
Don't be fooled by the aerial picture showing the mountains, all we could see was traffic! You will be very lucky to see any mountains.
Location is a long way from the centre- plenty of other hotels would have been much better.
