Pros:

Адміністратор та весь персонал дуже привітні. Турбувалися як про нас, так і про нашу дитину. Комфорт для гостей в них на першому місці.
Також дуже смачний сніданок!
Номер просто вау - стильний та зручний.

Pros:

Ми зупинялись на 1 ніч, особливо нічого не очікували, але готель набагато кращий, ніж може здатися на перший погляд. Номер чистий, постіль чистюсінька, є всі засоби в с/в. Не було жодних проблем із заселенням. Сніданок можна обрати заздалегідь. Сніданок звичайний, класичний, але всі продукти свіжі ,а страви смачні.
Персонал привітний. Розташування відмінне.

в номері вай фай практично не працює, мобільний інтернет теж слабшав

Дуже хороший персонал,дівчата на рецепшині просто чудові!Якщо щосб потрібно,все можна попросити усе дадуть і допоможуть.Сніданок смачний,я дуже наїлась. Розташування теж хороше,до центра хв 15 йти. В номері є гель для душу,шампунь,капці одноразові,фен,вода гаряча і було світло (на той момент відключення не було,не знаю чи є генератор),чутність в номері є,але так у всіх готелях,тому тут питання більше до відвідувачів.

Cons:

Нажаль є два моменти,не можу про них не написати,вони не критичні,але..вайфай не діставав до номера,а мобільного не було майже,бо..не знаю,чи через стіни,чи не знаю..по-друге,всю ніч щось гуділо,можливо працював кондиціонер, я розумію що потрібно щоб він працював,але це заважало дуже спати мені саме і цьому номері
