Wziąłem pokój PREMIUM, zapłaciłem sporo... A trafiłem jak śliwka w g...

W pokoju zbyt ciepło, bez możliwości regulacji temperatury (23 stopnie do spania to zdecydowanie za dużo). Pęknięty wąż pod prysznicem - zamiast na ciało woda lała się we wszystkich kierunkach. Zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem - po minucie stało sie po kostki w wodzie!!! Kabina prysznicowa też była nieszczelna - przeciekało na łazienkę. Zapchany również odpływ w umywalce - woda zupełnie nie schodziła... Po zgłoszeniu uwag rano na recepcji pani stwierdziła tylko: "przyjęłam do wiadomości, przekażę"; zero 'przepraszam' czy jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty; po prostu słabo! Wziąłem pokój PREMIUM dlatego, że znam już te wasze (kiepskie)STANDARDY. Oczekiwałem czegoś wiecej a wyszło naprawdę słabo.

Pros:

the hotel with a super character, distinct atmosphere that comes from its cultural context. Huge parking lot, cozy interior, very clean, attentive staff and ..... THE breakfast of quality and choice that can be envied by 5-star hotels. The breakfast to die for.

Beds are not very comfy, we found them too hard.
