The water didn’t run in the morning, and the hotel didn’t do anything about it. They didn’t even extend the check-out time. I had to rush out without even taking a shower.

Very very bad
Pros:

No, we did not like anything and the staff of the hotel have not accepted our booking which was done through booking.com and in fact charged more money and said that we do not accept any booking done through on line.
