I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and I would like to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by the reception team.

Fatma and Kawsar were truly outstanding throughout my stay. They were always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request made a big difference in my overall experience.

It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and both Fatma and Kawsar are a great asset to the hotel. Their dedication and positive energy reflect very well on the entire establishment.

Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.
