A localização e o tamanho do quartos são bons

Cons:

A banheira não estava devidamente limpo, haviam vários pêlos corporais na banheira. As toalhas e roupa de cama cheiravam a cigarro, mesmo tendo pedido um quarto para não-fumadores. O primeiro recepcionista a primeira não acreditou muito na reclamação dos pêlos, mas por sorte eu havia registrado tudo e as fotos tinham o horário em que foram tiradas. Mas o gerente de limpeza, foi muito solicito e mandou uma equipa para limpar novamente o quarto

O buffet café da manhã é lastimável. Poucas opções de comida, frutas, iogurtes e pães, com qualidade bem baixa e das comidas quentes todas eram pratos indianos.

I already make booking after midnight but the night shift receptionist told it's not acceptable I had to make another booking through hotel witch cost double price I don't now if it's legal but it's nonsense
