Sound of water flow in rooms maybe from ac not sure its so noisy, parking and hotel entrance so tight, way reaching hotel is difficult

اخدوا مني تأمين على اساس في ميني بار واصلا ما كان في مني بار في الغرفة وعندما عملت تشك اوت لم يرجعو التامين قالو يرجعلك عالبطاقة وإلى الآن ما رجع تعاملهم جدا سيء صراحة ولم يعجبني

J ai réglé la chambre via booking pour mon fils en transit. Sur place l hôtel lui a demandé deux autres paiement qui ont doublé le prix de la chambre. Une réclamation est en cours sur booking

They NEVER replied to any of my Booking messages. That's very unprofessional when guests ask questions and they get completely ignored.
Check in was a bit off, took a long time. And I was never told about free museum entrance when I stay 2 nights or more. Such a shame. Only on my last evening another receptionist asked me if I visited museums and I found out I was never informed about it.
I asked for a quiet room but could still hear cars from outside during the night, even with ear plugs. Not sure though if they had any better room available that was more quiet.
All the receptionists should know how to get to the airport, from which bus stop, prices, show the bus schedule to the guests etc. However, only one receptionist could help me. All the other I asked during my stay didn't have a clue.
