Cons:

El Hotel tiene dos Edificios, uno el Nuevo (donde en el 6to.Piso se ofrece el Desayuno) y el otro es el Original, de madera, con habitaciones mas económicas.
Me alojé en el Area del alojamiento de madera, lindo, cómodo pero la habitación y el baño necesitan detalles de mantenimiento.

Pros:

The manager and staff were very accommodating, good humanistic interaction, they want you to feel comfortable, and enjoy the local attractions. They picked me up from the airport free of charge, and assisted at the going rate to visit Nemrut (option of sunrise or sunset tour, lasts 5 hours, starting 4 am or 3 pm) and an onward journey by car to Sanliurfa. The drivers are reliable and courteous. There are some good eating options near the hotel e.g. pizza, kebab, pide, nohutdurum, baklava...the local people are welcoming.

L'accueil, la serviabilité et les conseils pour la visite des sites culturels à côté
Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel
L'hôtel propose un service pour vous amener visiter nemrut et je vous conseil de prendre. Le site est en altitude et il peut être difficile pour les véhicules d'aller la haut !

Quelques finitions à reprendre dans l'hôtel mais excellent pour le prix proposé

Safe, clean, with professional and helpful owner
Pros:

The place is conveniently located near the main bus station in Kahta, with many local restaurants and stores around. It is perfectly safe and clean place, which was very important to me as a single female traveler. The (traditional) breakfast was abundant and tasty. The largest asset of the place is the owner, as he was at disposal via WhatsApp, even before my arrival. He is very polite and professional, and speaks English. Actually, I found the place after I got his contact as someone who can organize Mt. Nemrud visit for me. Everything was flawless.

Cons:

I stayed in the building next to the hotel, which, I believe, was the original hotel. The room was large, clean, but rather old, with some things not fully functioning instantaneously at 100%. I personally did not care overly, as I stayed there for one night only, but, if you do care about such things, or plan to stay longer, you might wish to ask for the accommodation in the new building.

Room is good, staff are not friendly and tried to rip me off on several occasions.
Cons:

The room was supposed to have a washing machine according to the website, but this was not the case. The staff tried to make me pay for using the hotel washing machine, I refused.

Pros:

Nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms in the center of Kahta. The upper floor restaurant has a balcony looking at three sides - nice place to have tea looking at the city. Helping and friendly staff. They can also help you organize a trip to local places of interest including Nemrut Dagi.

Pros:

호텔 주인분이 친절하고 최대한 도움을 주려고 합니다.
방이 꽤 크고 쾌적하고 고층이라 전망도 좋았고 조식이 맛있어요.
호텔을 통해 넴루트 일출, 일몰 투어를 다녀왔는데 아주 좋았습이다.

Cons:

주인 분외 직원은 영어를 하지 못했습니다.

Une bonne étape à. Khata
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix. J.avais hésité car les avis n’étaient pas très bon mais j.ai été agréablement surprise. Belle chambre, bien insonorisée par rapport à la route qui passe au pied de l’immeuble douche chaude, climatisation qui marche..tres bon petit déjeuner avec des légumes cuisinés. L’hôtel propose un tour à 50€ pour Nemrut dag ou 65€ tour privé sans l’entrée comprise (rajouter 10€). Pas de bus pour y monter ou moldus. Responsable très agréable et très disponible.

Cons:

ce serait bien de mettre des ampoules aux lampes de chevet.
Internet qui nous lache en plein téléchargement, des fois on capte dans la chambre, la plupart du temps il vaut mieux aller dans le couloir.
Certains fument d’as les chambres et ça sent dans les couloirs..
