At booking counter, the staff behavior was rude, when she was filling the application, without any excuse, she attended the incoming call, making us to wait for more than 6 to 7 minutes. When I asked, she says, she cannot leave the in coming call un attended. OK I agree, but she even didn’t say sorry for making us waiting, in spite of me asking, rather she showed her attitude. I don’t want to escalate the issue to senior staff, putting her into trouble. But I feel like expressing here. Thanks

No transfer bus to airport was available as advertised I had to pay for a taxi and I had to pay for late check out
Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Room to hang clothes . Beautiful breakfast room. Very friendly staff at the restaurant

Location.
They charged me twice and reversed after I pointed it out. This after confirming that they have the payment while checking in.
They were short of rooms, so they upgraded me on their own during check in. Never told me it was for one night. Made me shift rooms on the second day, claiming I was not entitled in an impolite tone. I did shift.
On escalation the Manager on duty apologized for both.
Kindly do watch for the duplicate charge on your card if you book this property.
Too many trainees who are not being trained well in the front office and restaurant.

Basic facilities were not available such as giving newspapers in the morning at the doorstep, toiletries. Further, food choice was not available. Same type of breakfast every day. Gym was under repair. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel. For the amount which we are paying, the facilities are not upto a 4 star hotel standard
