Staff was not professional ….. Exactly I had booked the room on single occupant, but suddenly expected a guest for a short meet for which she submitted documents and I was ready to pay extra …..I requested them but they disagreed……so I had to checkout…..I stayed in multiple hotels through booking.com, But this was my worst experience

colazione solo Indiana, difficile per un Europeo senza spiegazioni.

Cons:

la camera sapeva di umidità, l'odore di umidità percepibile chiaramente subito all'ingresso. mi sono fermato solo 3 ore, ma non andava bene, anche il letto umido.
mi scuso ma non siamo abituati a questo.

Pros:

Food staffs behaviour cleanliness prompt services. Everything was just perfect. Would highly recommend to every one. Would love to stay again if going to Gandhinagar.

Cons:

Valet services are not available. Looking at the hotel valet services should be provided to the clients who are bringing their own vehicle. That's a little troublesome. Rest everything was perfect.
