Rooms were small in size
I recently stayed at a hotel that was incredibly disappointing. When I arrived, my room was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, there was no water in the morning, which made it impossible to freshen up. I had booked a stay that included breakfast, only to find out that the hotel bought the food from outside, and it was far from enjoyable. Overall, it was a horrible experience that did not meet the standards of a 3-star rating. I initially booked for two days but ended up canceling my second night because I simply couldn't stay in such a dirty hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
On a positive note, the duty manager was very helpful and tried to address my concerns, which I appreciated. However, it wasn't enough to make up for the issues I faced.
