It’s no way near to be a 5 star hotel.
Cons:

Breakfast time, staff communication was the biggest problem. They never understood what I wanted….disappointed! Requested to see a manager couple of times over breakfast but no response.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing with so many options and our suite was great too.

Cons:

We were assigned a suite on the 8th floor even though the hotel staff were aware of ongoing construction.

The next morning, I had to follow up more than 5–6 times and request them to stop construction, and we experienced several hours of construction noise especially disruptive while my 18-month-old was napping. It was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

I will never recommend this hotel, most third class hotel worst than 2 star property
