Pros:

Usually whenever I visit ahmedabad my first preference is fortune select. The staff are very friendly and polite. Food prices are overall reasonable for this kind of hotel. Food is also tasty. Reception members like ankita and suvajit are humble as usual

I will never stay at any ITC Fortune hotel again.
Cons:

1. The water quality - really bad cannot even rinse the mouth. Had to use bottled water and skipped the bath!!
2. Basic news channels not available on TV. Not to mention other channels. Most channels paid. No list of free channels available.
3. Complimentary cut fruit was mentioned but provided after several reminders and that too was not good.

Okayish for a quick stay if you have an overnight flight.
Pros:

Good breakfast. They also support specially abled people by hiring them as staff.

Cons:

The room was very damp. It felt like an open spot in South India or Amazonas. Maybe something with the AC. We had the suite with two rooms
