- 1 Buffet Restaurant - located on the Ground Floor, available for Breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner;
Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Sao Rafael Suites - All Inclusive of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.
Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions with a link to a secured payment platform.
Pets weighing a maximum of 15 kg are allowed.

Le petit déjeuner buffet, l’accueil, l'établissement et tous les services proposés et même une très gentille attention pour mon anniversaire (gâteau avec sa bougie et une bouteille de vin blanc pétillant) m'attendait dans la chambre !

Hotel was clean room was fantastic and the staff were lovely
Had to pay if you wanted to use the indoor pool at 20 euros a day which was not worth it
Grounds and pool very pretty
Lack of food choice. Rooms not cleaned until end of day and not cleaned very well, clumps of hair on rug from previous occupant.
Very small bar and limited drinks included.
Restaurant- always had to try and find teapot, spoons, cups etc
It was a beautiful hotel
There was no evening entertainment even though there were plenty of holiday makers

Wer es beim Essen sehr laut mag ist hier genau richtig. Das Personal hat absolut keine Lust und läuft eher gelangweilt an einem vorbei. In der angeblich neu renovierten Suite ist mehr kaputt als intakt.

The hotel was beautiful the rooms were really big separate lounge and two bathrooms staff were very friendly good location 4 euros in uber to old town would definitely recommend this hotel
There was always good food for everybody thought there would of been a bit more variety for a 5*
But maybe it was out of season
I think the cleaning of the rooms and replenishing with water bottles . Overall cleanliness .

Um dos dias, havia uma senhora espanhola alérgica a marisco e outras coisas mais e, o cozinheiro veio cá fora e juntamente com a senhora esteve a mostrar lhe prato por prato o que não deveria comer....esta situação deu-me ainda mais confiança em relação a comida, pois quem o fez sabia o que cada prato continha.
Quanto aos quartos, dormi toda a noite por isso nada a apontar....
Nada a declarar nesta estadia.

Ruim appartement. 2 badkamers. Goede bedden. Eten was eenvoudig maar vers. Vriendelijk personeel.
Zeker geen 5 sterren waard! Saai hotel, weinig Portugese sfeer. Alles is donkerbruin en beige. Het eten was niet specefiek Portugees, op enkele gerechten na. Geen life-cooking, geen verse sapjes. Overal (tè) harde muziek. Als je vroeg of het zachter mocht gebeurde dat voor een half uurtje. Over stonden geur-verspreiders, vreselijk.
