All Inclusive offers buffet breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner, supper, drinks (house wine and beers + nonalcoholic) and entertainment children & adults (subject to seasonal demand).

The available restaurants are as follows (availability and schedule may change and are subject to seasonal demand):

- 1 Buffet Restaurant - located on the Ground Floor, available for Breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner;

Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Sao Rafael Suites - All Inclusive of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.

Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions with a link to a secured payment platform.

Pets weighing a maximum of 15 kg are allowed.

Pets are allowed in any type of room.

Only a maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed.

Limit of 10 pets at a time in the hotel.

An additional fee of 25 euros is charged per room, per pet, per night.

Pets are allowed in almost all areas, except the interior of The Garden and the Wellness Hub.

The Tascaria Restaurant is also pet-friendly.

Pros:

Encantados com a estadia! O quarto (família) era muito grande e confortavel. Comida e bebidas de ótima qualidade, sem filas no restaurante e todos os dias no jantar o cardápio era renovado e temático (oriental, mediterraneo, frances, mexicano e tudo uma DELÍCIA - o chef que comanda a cozinha está de parabéns!). A equipe de recreação muito simpatica e carinhosa. O staff sempre acolhedor e preocupados com nossa estadia, enfim, SUPER RECOMENDO o hotel e com certeza voltaremos!

Tæt på stranden. Gode parkeringsmuligheder.

Virkelig ærgerligt at det er et top nærigt all inclusive sted på alle parametre.
Der var kun en bar til drikkevarer i pool området, hvor køen konstant var lang. Vi måtte kun hente to sodavand per gang - selvom vi var en familie med fire børn, kunne vi ikke få lov at hente til alle børn. Fik klippet armbånd ved check ud, da de var bange for, at folk hentede en ekstra cola efter kl. 11.00.
Vi havde booket et 6-personers værelse, men der var kun fire stole. Så vi kunne ikke sidde og spille eller gøre brug af den ellers store flotte terrasse.
Bruseren var elendig, der var mærkelige plamager på væggene så malingen skallede af og det samme skidt lå i en bunke inde under vasken hele ugen.
Halvdelen af personalet kunne ikke tale engelsk, så til aftensmaden måtte vi også vente længe på at få lov at bestille drikkevare til vores mad.

Boas instalações, áreas exteriores cuidadas, restaurante com qualidade e variedade, funcionarios simpáticos e prestáveis, piscinas maravilhosas, boa organização e limpeza. Ideal para famílias! Ambiente tranquilo .

Cons:

O hotel não disponibilizar transporte hotel-praia-hotel pelo menos 1 vez/dia, embora a distância seja curta, com o calor torna-se cansativo.

Personal de recepción y animadores muy agradables. Mención especial a Joao en comedor y Leandro en bar de piscina. Encantadores y educados. Tuve un encontronazo con Paula responsable de comedor pero fue por falta de paciencia. Muy profesional. Buena ubicación. Desayunos completos y correctos.

Cons:

Limpieza de habitaciones escasa. Apenas hacian las camas. El buffet de comida y cena regular. Poca variedad. Repetitivo y en exceso de fritos.. Según quien te atendió en bar te ofrece o te niega bebida. Instalaciones decadentes, pocos cuidados para ser un 5 estrellas. Le hace falta una reforma. Cerca de playas preciosas pero malas para el baño.
