I’m not a big eater but cooked exactly what I wanted

Catering was dreadful especially breakfast. Curtains in our room were hanging off the rail but when asked to fix was told fittings weren’t available so had to be ordered from Amazon.

The area was having a rare heatwave, it was very welcoming that there was two fans in the room before we arrived. Thank you.

Cons:

We stayed just one night as our friends were in the UK for a limited time from Australia. Next time hopefully it will be longer 🙏

The area lovely, the staff very friendly & helpful, the room was a good size with a good view, some parking spaces on site

Cons:

The shower in room 3 had a very shallow tray & a half door so water went onto shower room floor

Pros:

All was good location room a nice bath and great breakfast...including my wife's 'free' continental breakfast

Pros:

Clean, large room, good shower and towels

Cons:

Breakfast was disgusting. The worst excuse for Eggs Benedict I have ever seen. No toast, very very basic offering.

Alle (!) Salzstreuer waren verklebt, keiner funktionierte…
Fenster ging kaum 10 cm auf, das wurde aber durch 2 Ventilatoren im Zimmer kompensiert

Very comfortable bed. Clean modern bathroom facilities. Could have been more clothes storage.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Extensive menu with good quality food.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Room was hot. Any air from outside restricted by how wide the window was allowed to open.
A fan was provided which was great. Could have provided water.

The location was excellent, right in the centre and very convenient for exploring the area

Cons:

The room was unbearably hot, and we hardly slept because of the extreme heat. The window only opened a small amount, and despite having two fans in the room, they made virtually no difference. This significantly affected our stay. There was no water provided in the room. The bathroom was very small, and the shower layout was poorly designed. The shower screen wasn’t long enough to contain the water, so it regularly spilled onto the bathroom floor, making it inconvenient to use

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and cheerful, the location was excellent, food was always hot ,the rooms were very clean ,downside was the room could maybe have a mini fridge ,the room was very noisy through the traffic because the the window had to be left open because of the heatwave and early morning traffic was very noisy, the fan had to be left on because of no air con ,but really enjoyed our stay,but thanks to all the staff especially Victoria the blond lady and bar staff
