Pros:

Mit dem Hotel Am Helmwartsturm haben wir wohl eine gute Auswahl getroffen. Die Zimmer und Ausstattung waren für unseren 2-tägigen Aufenthalt äußerst zufriedenstellend. Besonders hervorhebenswert ist die Freundlichkeit und noch mehr die Geduld bei unseren Sonderwünschen beim Frühstück. Letztendlich hat das Hotel wesentlich zu unserem angenehmen Aufenthalt in Andernach beigetragen. Dafür bedanken wir uns nochmal ausdrücklich beim Personal.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, freundliches Personal, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Verkehrsgünstige Lage, Parkhaus in Sichtweite gelegen. Hotel befindet sich am Rand der Altstadt. Obwohl unser Zimmer unter dem Dach lag, war es Dank der Klimaanlage bei ca. 34 Grad Aussentemperatur angenehm "kühl" im Zimmer. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit: wir mußten aus organisatorischen Gründen einchecken zu einem Zeitpunkt asls die Rezeption nicht besetzt war: ging ohne Probleme. Auch mußten wir unser Gepäck zu einem Zeitpunkt abholen, als die Rezeption ebenfalls nicht besetzt war: war wieder ohne Probleme möglcih.
