Pros:

Friendly employees, good bed and nice room.
Altough it's a bit old, everything is clean.
Even the breakfast is extensive enough and fresh.

Cons:

Not really sound insulated room and like almost everywhere there are always people who do not take others into account. Now myself woke up as early as 4:30 in the morning due to noise from others.
Unfortunately only very soft pillows and I need a hard pillow.
