Basicamente é uma experiência que todos deviam ter. Desde o extremo bom gosto do maior ao mais ínfimo pormenor. Os funcionários são de extrema simpatia e é um ambiente verdadeiramente acolhedor. Era o aniversário da nossa filha e a nosso pedido fizeram um bolo de aniversário maravilhoso. Todo o espaço envolvente é verdadeiramente idílico. As fotos não traduzem verdadeiramente a espetacularidade do espaço. E, mais uma vez, convém relembrar que os funcionários são inexcediveis. Fizeram-nos sentir verdadeiramente em casa. Experiência a repetir sem dúvida

De hosts zijn heel vriendelijk, fijne sfeer, prachtige plek. Gezellig na het eten muziek maken met z'n allen. Heel lekker eten en prima ontbijt.

Mixed feelings on this one, so I’ll try to be fair
The setting is genuinely stunning - the location inside the gorge is unbeatable. Some of the staff were excellent, and Abdullah in particular deserves a specific mention: attentive, warm, and clearly great at his job. We later learned he’s only there temporarily, which is a loss for this property - whichever hotel he brings his talents to next is lucky to have him
The food was good throughout, and breakfast in particular was a standout

Cons:

On the other hand, we ran into some issues at checkout. We were charged more for breakfast than the price we’d agreed on via Booking.com, which was frustrating to sort out after the fact. There was also a lack of transparency around the cost of dinner - it came to 400 dirhams, which felt steep for what it was, and the price wasn’t made clear upfront. Worth knowing too they don’t take card at the property, so come with enough cash on hand
We should also mention that the rooms don’t stay cool at night - in early September we found it genuinely difficult to sleep in the heat, which is worth knowing if you’re visiting outside the cooler months
Beautiful place with standout staff like Abdullah, but be sure to confirm all pricing clearly before you commit, and know what you’re getting into with the heat

Beautiful and unique hotel in Todra
Pros:

Nice cave room, very spacious and decorated for the occasion.
Nice staff, beautiful location.

Cons:

No airconditioning and the fan that was installed was broken.
They also charge 2-3x as much for a tagine as most restaurants in the area.

De locatie is top! Je kan in het hotel avondeten wat erg lekker is. In de avond wordt er op muziekinstrumenten gespeeld wat voor een gezellige sfeer zorgt. De gastheren zijn super vriendelijk.

Cons:

Wij sliepen in een grotkamer en deze was erg warm. Er hangt geen airco. Wij hadden de ramen opengezet, maar dit hielp onvoldoende.

Super gastvrij!
Pros:

Prachtige locatie gelegen in de Todra Kloof. Wij verbleven in de grot kamer die prachtig was ingericht en van alle gemakken is voorzien. De kamer was ook lekker koel. We raden ook zeker aan om hier te dineren! Ontbijt was ook echt geweldig. Wat wij het allerbeste van de locatie vonden waren de super gastvrije heren die hier werken en alles geweldig hebben verzorgd!
