Pros:

A great hotel - large rooms, there is a kitchen. Everything is very clean, neat. Convenient location - right opposite the ski elevator. We would like to say thank you to the administrator Nino - she was very attentive to us, polite and helped us more than we expected!

Cons:

The ski hill is great, but lacks a regular toilet. But this does not apply to the hotel itself.

We liked this hotel and during our second visit we really hope to stay here again.
Pros:

We were really glad to stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly. Location is really good, you have no need to use your car to get to the the slope it's right in front of the hotel. The hotel very tidy, sound insulation is very good. Really pet-friendly staff.

Pros:

The staff is very courteous, they don't understand english but they will help you in every possible way. The owner also is quite helpful and tries to be available for you if required any help. We did this booking at the last moment and asked for a late checkout. The ski lift is right in front of this hotel. You will find a restaurant next to it , also Spars convenience store is nearby and open 24/7 .

The apartment is equipped with a bed, mattress,balcony, pillows, blankets, hot water, private bathroom, stove top and a few basic kitchenettes to prepare tea and noodles .

I would have given 2 more stars if I could because I really like how they welcomed us with so much warmth. Hopefully book this soon , whenever I will be in Bakuraini.

Pros:

I just stayed for one night, they didn’t give us the same room we asked but it’s ok it was just one night and we will leave, the staff was very friendly and the room was ok.

Cons:

They didn’t give us the same room we booked, the location is far away.

Pros:

The touch of Hospitality example first day that we arrived and wanted to go for groceries shopping. The owner himself that drive drown with his car to groceries shop.
It was lovely and truth beauty of hospitality.
He understood us that first time and day that we are in Georgia.
Helping hands was great and wish him to have success year ahead.
