Maten på restaurant var god

Vi fikk Ikke rommet vi har bestilt, alt med dette hotellet var feil startet fra bestillingen. Først betalingen gikk Ikke gjennom, og vi fikk Ikke reservasjon bekreftelsen, så vi bestilte oppholdet på Crystal Hotel, like atter com bekreftelsen for første hotell bestillingen. Da hadde vi fått rommet på 2 hoteller for samme datoen. Vi har desperat prøvd å avbestille, men fikk "nei" selv om hotellet var fullbooket. Vi måtte endre datoen for oppholdet og i stedet for planlagte 2 natter i dette området, måtte vi være der 4.
Når vi kom frem fra Crystal hotell så fikk vi helt annet rommkategoriet enn det vi hadde bestilt og i tillegg med separate seng helt borte fra resepsjonen og heisen. Rommet var iskald. Dårlig opplevelse, dårlig frokost for 4 stjerner hotellet. Aldri mer!
