Pros:

The property was clean and conformable. The views were amazing overlooking the forest. The restaurant offered excellent quality food, although they could have included more Georgian dishes on the menue.

Cons:

One thing that was a turn off was the breakfast buffet. We went one time and avoided going again. There was a strange smell at the breakfast hall, and the food was not great. We hope they can work on this issue.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay with a great location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and respectful staff, and excellent service. The hotel also has a lovely coffee shop.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The only downside is that the hotel does not offer laundry service.

Don’t go there in off season
Cons:

1. The road to the property was hell. Without exaggerations. Full of bumps and holes, probably it’s okay in the winter when it’s covered with snow.
2. Breakfast was poor and not fresh (veggies, eggs, etc)
3. You should add some halal options for breakfast. You have so many Muslim guests coming but whatever you serve for breakfast is pork sausages, pork ham etc. We had nothing to eat, besides dried eggs every morning.
4. Housekeeping 4/5. We had to call reception few times to ask for the stuff they didn’t put in our room.
