Satisfactory hotel in the region.
Pros:

This is the best hotel availlable in this region. It provides good breakfast, beds and satisfactory private restroons: with hot water for the shower and clean towels. Desk attendancy is satisfactory as well. The hotel is located in a main avenue, having fast access to main roads. Dinner is available in the hotel's restaurant, having satisfactory food, with prices compatible with those ones in the region.

A funcionalidade dos funcionários do hotel é totalmente AMADORA, funcionários do restaurante da área piscina, falta cordialidade, seus rostos todos fechados nada receptivo. Falta treinamento de pessoal, falta gerência.Nota 2,0.

Falta de educação, treinamento e cordialidade dos funcionários do restaurante na área de piscina e restaurante , café da manhã, faltou todos dias 29/12/25 a 03/01/26, alimentos no café manhã. Chequei a pedir 2 a 3 vezes, coisas simples, como café, leite, presunto e má vontade e total falta treinamento. Cade a gerencia nunca observou . Nota 2.
