Pros:

I had a great stay. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and the room was cleaned every day.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Diego for the excellent breakfasts, his kindness, and his help arranging transportation to and from the airport and bus station. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

Hubo una noche en la que no pudimos dormir porque en la habitación de arriba estuvieron de fiesta hasta las 7 a.m. pese a avisar a recepción a las 4 a.m de la situación. Como disculpa el hotel nos invitó al desayuno...

UN DESASTRE DE HOTEL. DEBERÍA INDICAR HOSTAL. NECESITA GRAN REFORMA Y DESINFECTACIÓN DE CUCARACHAS.

Cons:

Que nos encontramos una cucaracha dentro de la habitación. Además había humidificadores en el baño, señal de bastante humedad.
Además las zonas comunes estaban bastante desatendidas. Había un agujero en el techo de la planta primera por donde colaba agua de lluvia. En general el hotel se debería de considerar hostal. No cumple con el número de estrellas que tiene. Necesita gran reforma. Mejora en las condiciones de salubridad. La relación calidad- precio un 2. Nos hubiera merecido más la pena un hostal en zona céntrica. No volvería a reservar en ese *HOTEL*.

No recomendable, muy viejo y sucio

Muy viejo todo, el cabecero de la cama estaba muy arañado y se veía que había sido marrón y lo habían pintado de blanco, alguien lo había arañado por demás, impresentable. Nada recomendable. Escasa limpieza.

Pros:

We had a truly wonderful 3-week stay at the hotel. It felt so much like home and part of our family that we didn't want to leave Barcelona at all. The staff always welcomed us with such warmth, and the service was exceptional. Being Japanese, I felt a deep sense of heartfelt hospitality, much like the traditional "omotenashi" we cherish in Japan. Above all, my 10-year-old son loved this hotel immensely and constantly chatted and interacted with the staff. If we ever come back to Barcelona, we would definitely love to stay here again!

本当に楽しかった3週間のホテル滞在でした。バルセロナから帰りたくなくなるくらい、自分の家のような、家族の一員であるかのような温かいホテルでした。ホテルのスタッフの皆さんはいつも暖かく私たちを受け入れてくれ、サービスが非常に素晴らしかったです。私は日本人ですが、まるで日本で受けるような細やかな「おもてなし」の心を感じました。何よりも10歳の息子がこのホテルをものすごく気に入っており、いつもスタッフの方々と楽しそうにコミュニケーションをとっていました。またバルセロナに来る機会があれば、ぜひ絶対にこのホテルに泊まりたいです！

Tuvimos una estancia verdaderamente maravillosa de 3 semanas en el hotel. Se siente como en casa y parte de nuestra familia, tanto que no queríamos irnos de Barcelona. El personal siempre nos recibió con mucha calidez y el servicio fue excelente. Aunque soy de Japón, sentí una hospitalidad tan cálida y detallista que me recordó al "omotenashi" japonés. Lo mejor de todo es que a mi hijo de 10 años le encantó este hotel y siempre estaba comunicándose con el personal. ¡Si volvemos a Barcelona, sin duda nos gustaría alojarnos aquí otra vez!
