Amazingly comfortable beds, really clean room and quiet location in the heart of the city.
Locks were a bit tricky to get the hang of - the barrels turned different ways for different rooms. That was the only complaint though - I really enjoyed my stay!
The location is great, very close to a lot of metro and bus stops and it is close to many good restaurants and popular snack places. Staff are super friendly. I arrived earlier and wanted to put my bag there but they let me check in earlier. Staff are always very willing to help.
The room was really nice and tidy! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. All the facilities are of high quality and clean. I really enjoyed my stay there. I had great time in Barcelona this time, a large part was because of the stay. It is one of the best places I have stayed during my solo trip ever. I want to come back and stay here again.
There was nothing I didn't like. Just to keep it in mind that they will charge 50 euro as deposit for consumption of snacks and drinks prepared in the room, but the deposit is immediately returned on the day of check out.

Clean, well located, outside beautiful old building, the room was a cell.
The location was excellent - walking distance from the aerobús stop and placa Cataluña.

1. Value for money, you can get a Airbnb room for less money.
2. Security aspect, the fact I had to carry a key to access bathroom, room, floor every time.
3. Room was tiny, bed was tiny (I'm 193cm) there was no view (not like advertising pictures on a booking.com website). I could see the building wall from the only window in the room. I felt almost like in a prison cell. I'm never coming back there.
4. Additional payment "Tourist tax" upon arrival is a joke.
Excellent location and very clean, comfortable and well designed rooms. A mix of heritage and convenience in the rooms. Staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Also very responsive to any questions. I will recommend this to my friends.
