Sehr gut geführtes Familien Hotel mit guter Lage

Ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten und bis zum See. Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem mitten im Ort. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Sauna und der Spabereich sehr angenehm.

The hotel has an excellent central location, a beautiful garden, and a lovely pool — a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The room is small but very comfortable and well equipped, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is excellent — fresh, varied, and full of delicious options. A big plus are the free bicycles and the relaxing spa area.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The only small remark would be about the bathrobes provided for the spa — they are quite old and worn out, so it would be nice to replace them soon. Still, that’s just a minor detail compared to all the positive impressions.

All in all, I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return anytime.

Another lovely stay at this very friendly family-owned hotel. We've visited a few times now - it has become our favourite in Bardolino. We like the hotel because of it's excellent quiet location just a few steps away from the town centre with it's many restuarants, shops and bars. It's authentically Italian, comfortable with traditional decor and the staff are delightful. We love the hotel garden which is very well kept. The hotel cat is adorable and sleeps stretched out in her armchair ignoring everybody. There's no restaurant for evening meals as such - but the hotel has a bar where you can get a light meal at certain times of day. The breakfast buffet is superb. You can enjoy breakfast in the dining room or outside on the terrace. The hotel has a car park and while access is a little tight, there seems to be a sufficient number of spaces for everyone who needs one. We've only stayed in garden rooms so can't comment on other room types - but I can definitely recommend choosing a garden room. You get a small sunny balcony where you can enjoy panoramic views of the garden and the hillsides beyond. The beds are big, there's a fridge, tea/coffee, tv with BBC/ITV if you're so inclined. Bardolino is a special place and this hotel provides a wonderful base.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent right in the centre, but if you have a room facing the gardens it is very peaceful and we slept really well. Our room was really spacious with a smart new bathroom. The decor is very traditional so may not be to everyone's taste, but everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent with a huge range of choice. There was plenty of parking which is a bonus, and it was very easy to get in and out of the town. Our only disappointment was the pool, which was baltic freezing. That and the location was our main reason for booking the hotel, but I couldn't face it after the first attempt at a swim.

Small property with vegetation crowding chair space. Elevators hit every other floor despite advertising that all floors are accessible. Staff was really hit and miss and mostly miss.

J'ai absolument tout aimé dans cet hotel que je connais depuis août 2022. Tout est parfait: la chambre (single petite mais très bien décorée et agencée), l'emplacement de l'hôtel, le parking, le SPA, le massage (en supplement), la piscine, l'immense jardin (parc), le petit déjeuner extraordinaire et la cerise sur le gâteau "l'ensemble du personnel" Je devais y rester 1 nuit finalement ca s'est transformé en 3nuits.

Lage ist top 👍 Pool und weitläufige Gartenanlage ebenfalls 👍 das Frühstück ist reichhaltig 👍

Service an der Rezeption nicht zufrieden stellend. Die junge Dame war nicht besonders motiviert keine Info über einen Gepäckwagen, den ich später selbst neben der Eingangstür erspähte. Keinen Safeschlüssel erst als ich nachfragte wurde mir dieser ausgehändigt.

Very nice facility, super clean and welcoming. I had a single room and for the first time in my life, despite being very small was very nicely featured and decorated, with small balcony, ac, big bathroom with window.nice pool with garden and little but nice spa
