Pros:

Das Personal war sehr kompetent, zuvorkommend und freundlich , das Abendessen sowie das Frühstück war einfach klasse und liess keine Wünsche offen.
Wir hatten das Zimmer 101, hochwertige und sehr geschmackvolle eingerichtet, das Badezimmer mit großer Regendusche war gleicher Güte, tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Das Hotel sowie das Restaurant ist mehr als empfehlenswert ***** .

Ein rundum perfekter, herzlicher Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service, tollem Essen und einer Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag über Ostern im Hotel Restaurant Alte Stadtmauer in Beilstein und hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück. Der Tisch war jeden Morgen liebevoll gedeckt. Am Ostersonntag gab es zusätzlich für jeden Gast einen kleinen Lindt-Osterhasen – eine sehr aufmerksame und schöne Geste. Die Eier wurden individuell und frisch nach Wunsch als gekochtes Ei, Rührei oder Spiegelei zubereitet. Außerdem wurde einem jeden Morgen direkt am Tisch frisch zubereiteter Pfannkuchen mit Sirup angeboten – ein echtes Highlight! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und bot eine große, abwechslungsreiche Auswahl.

Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und direkt freundlich gefragt, ob wir einen Tisch im Restaurant reservieren möchten – ein rundum aufmerksamer und vorausschauender Service. Gerade zur Osterzeit wurde frischer Spargel angeboten, der sehr lecker zubereitet war – absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten und äußerst sauber. Man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt.

Was diesen Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war die außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Egal ob beim Frühstück, im Restaurant oder zwischendurch – man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen und hatte das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Diese warme und persönliche Atmosphäre hat den Aufenthalt noch einmal deutlich aufgewertet.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, um dort ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Klare Empfehlung!

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden – unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

If you would like to visit mosel river, this will be your best choice.
Pros:

Fantastic！ The hotel is next to the mosel river and has a really cute restaurant. Our room has a great view of the river.

Super quick check-in and you are in the middle of everything.

Sehr gut, jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel (außen und innen).
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Großes, bequemes Bett.
Große Dusche mit einem rutschsicheren Boden.
Sehr sauber.
Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück.
Abendessen ebenfalls sehr gut, bei schönen Wetter sehr angenehm auf der erhöhten Terrasse.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts.
Nur die lauten Kleinkinder von "Fremdgästen" beim Abendessen störten die Atmosphäre.
Ansonsten, Qualität hat halt Ihren Preis.

Lekker uitrusten
Pros:

Mooie ligging , schoon en ruime kamers.
Beilstein is mooi, pittoresk en kasteel is een hele klim. Mooi voor 1 nacht.

Cons:

Dat men niet aanwezig was voor ontvangst. Er staat nergens dat je kamersleutel bij je moet houden. Dus als sleutel op kamer ligt en de deur valt dicht heb je een probleem .
