I liked the sauna room and free breakfast that came with the room. The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate me.

Cons:

You have to pay for jacuzzi/hot tub, rooms are small the tvs had technical issue where I couldn’t stream my shows. I tried to screen cast my Disney/amazon streaming to the tv but it wouldn’t work. Staff did their best to help but ultimately nothing could be done. I did feel it was a bit overpriced for what I got.

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in einer Unterkunft, die sich, nach allem zu urteilen, in einem stark vernachlässigten und maroden Zustand befindet. Zunächst erhielten wir eine Familiensuite im ersten Stock, die unzumutbar schmutzig war – die Vorhänge waren nahezu schwarz vor Staub, die Möbel beschädigt und der Müll der vorherigen Gäste war nicht entfernt worden. Das Badezimmer war nicht funktionsfähig und das gesamte Zimmer roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch.

Nach unserer Beschwerde wurden wir in ein Apartment im fünften Stock verlegt, das zwar etwas besser, aber dennoch weit von einem akzeptablen Standard entfernt war. Unter dem Bett befand sich eine dicke Staubschicht (etwa 4 cm) sowie sogar Socken von vorherigen Gästen. Das Badezimmer roch stark und unangenehm nach Urin, was auf einen gravierenden Mangel an Hygiene und Wartung hinweist.

Auch das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung. Das Angebot war äußerst dürftig: Die Wurstwaren wirkten, als stünden sie seit mehreren Tagen dort und waren bereits ausgetrocknet, als Gemüse gab es lediglich Gurken und Tomaten, beim Gebäck wurde nur eine einzige Art von Brötchen angeboten, und Kaffee aus dem Automaten musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Insgesamt hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Qualität des Essens so schlecht war, dass ich mich ernsthaft hätte unwohl fühlen können, wenn ich es gegessen hätte.

Angesichts all dieser Mängel – des Zustands der Unterkunft, des niedrigen Hygienestandards und des schlechten Frühstücksangebots – kann ich dieses Hotel leider niemandem empfehlen, der zumindest grundlegende Standards an Sauberkeit, Komfort und Service erwartet. Das Objekt benötigt dringend umfassende Investitionen sowie eine deutlich professionellere Herangehensweise an Pflege und Qualitätssicherung, um für Gäste akzeptabel zu sein.

Pros:
