Our room needed some attention to bathroom facilities.

Room was dirty worn and the taps temperature was the wrong way on the shower and it ran down the step. We didn't bother even trying to use it. Electric sockets didn't work, bar was overpriced. Hotel is extremely run down and it wasn't the room I booked and shown in the photo. Wouldn't use again.

The Beds were very comfortable and it was helpful that there was a tram stop just around the corner from the hotel that you can hope on and it goes straight into blackpool

Fire alarm went off at 7..45 we couldn't find any staff for help and when I did we were told to get back in our room we chose to leave and go to the meeting place across the road no one came out to check on us ,3 fire engines turned up at that point we left to go home.
Lovely staff could do with a good clean .but very friendly hotel I think the owners are doing the best they can and they are working hard to bring it back .fabulous entertainment

Shower room with toilet small and cramped.
Fittings old and toilet filling took ages.
Bedroom was dirty, large amounts of dust, stains on window bottoms. In dire nerd if complete overall.

The bedroom was awful (room 17), bathroom quite disgusting, in the main room paper was peeling and showed mould. A room in this state should never have been offered
Hotel was closed when I got there. Rang the telephone number several times but no answer.

I did not have breakfast because there were places to eat out. The location was good for getting to the tram stop and handy for shops and food
The room was like something out of the old days I did not have a shower because it did not look clean to me and I did not like the shower curtain it was not right I did not sleep in the bed I lay no top. one of the pillows had an orange mark on it so I changed pillows.
