Staff was lovely. Helped us get settled in and set up the projector. Was super helpful and so friendly. Room was so nice and the view was beautiful. My partner was in love with the place as soon as she walked in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms well furnished, the bed and mattress so comfortable, good shower and high quality tiling in bathroom. Rest of fittings were styled towards the minimalistic. Hotel well decorated throughout.
We were disappointed that there is no longer a breakfast served, and the cafe/bar service has been reduced. I felt the hotel had lost some former vibe when it had first been set up, and I hope they do manage to find a better solution.
I loved the room, was stylish, funky, fun and clean, delightful stay, the location of the hotel practically in the heart of the fun locations up North side, the bars, town center, promenade all in a short walking distance.
I honestly cannot think of anything that I didnt like, so cannot answer.

The lad on reception was polite and apologetic about the parking space and lack of breakfast.
I specifically asked for parking (in writing) days before my arrival and they asked me to call them so they could confirm where the parking was. I called them and they said that they had given my parking space to somebody else the day before and all they could do was apologise! Very annoying...
It was advertised with breakfast but no breakfast was provided.
It didn't have a bar or any real facilities.

A lot of decor and decorations/light shades/fittings need replacing. Table top was not even secured on it's legs.
Handle on one of the windows was broken and window would not close properly letting cold air into the room. Extremely bad weather outside and no heating on.

No mirror in room. Electrical fittings and cables looked old and unsafe.
No room in secure parking space so we were offered a space on a building site at rear of another property which we refused as didn't look safe.
The room was very quirky and the location was excellent for the activities we did.
Breakfast was supposed to be part of the booking but when we arrived the host told us they do not do breakfast.
We seemed to be the only people in the building which felt a little strange. We only saw the host when we first arrived and from then on saw no staff at all during our stay
Amazing location, Curb side appeal like no other in the area, Comfy bed, Lovely big shower, Thoughtful staff from booking to leaving, Parking at the property a real bonus!
The bedroom & bathroom were surface clean, first impressions clean, but no vacuum tools had seen the edges of the carpet for a long while, and the bathroom radiator definitely needs extra attention.
Although these wouldn’t stop me staying here again, it’s not quite up to the clean standard I would expect to see in a hotel - but it is something that’s definitely easily rectified.
