Was the worst place I’ve ever seen I had to book another hotel I never slept

The room we stayed in hadn't even been cleaned there was rubbish all down the side of the bed and the bin hadn't been emptied. When we first walked into the property it didn't smell nice, could smell cannabis and just smelt and looked dirty. We had to use a shared toilet which was filthy and was told the sink was currently blocked but someone was coming to fix it which didn't happen. We got woke up a few times in the night one of them being the manager arguing with someone and then another time the fire alarm going off. Definitely won't be staying here again the whole property was in need of a good clean. Wish I had taken pictures to warn other people of what to expect

We arrived at the hotel to be turned away and told we wasn't even staying there. The whole place was empty apart from a family in the living area and school uniforms hung up on the radiator!

it was absolutely disgusting mould in the bedroom stains on the bedding mould in the shower and pubic hair in shower as well the building stunk of weed the place would make you ill if you stayed

Room was dilapidated!!! Damp, broken beds, missing ladders to bunk bed, shoe lace tying another bunk bed together. Dirty everything....bedding, pillows, cups, cutlery!
Electrics are not safe, spurred off onto high voltage items....microwave had food under the glass plate too!
No hot water to sink in the room, shared bathroom sink or shower. Shower was in a terrible state. No light in shared toilet, had to go with door open!! Noise from management and their friends till early hours, smoking weed and drinking on doorstep which we couldn't avoid due to window handle being broken so couldn't shut the window. One window was broken and all windows were considerably dirty. Asked for a refund via booking.com, who have contacted the B&B, but so far no response!!!! When the 'managers' have stopped drinking, smoking weed, and having their mates around might see this I suggest you give me a refund before I contact Blackpool Council, Trading Standards, Health & Safety and Blackpool Fire Service because not one of your fire doors close, you only have 1 fire extinguisher in date and the spindles missing from all 3 floors of your B&B is awaiting a poor toddler falling to their death!!!!!!
Seriously I will take this to the bitter end, get this and the other 2 hotels you have on that street safe!!!!!!!!!!!

It wasnt the hotel we booked they took us to a different absolutle squaller there was poo all in the toilet i was scared to sit on toilet i didnt shower absolutly terrible and fuming they made us stay in a different hotel
