A kind and welcoming greeting, a comfortable, quiet stay and a delicious breakfast!
Pros:

Was greeted upon arrival by one of the lovely owners and was immediately settled with a brew before being shown to my clean, comfortable, quiet room. Facilities were excellent and owners very accommodating, welcoming and kind. The breakfast is an absolute delight - a great continental spread laid out and a cooked full English that was sensational.

Cons:

Nothing - a really enjoyable stay through and through.

Pros:

Nice breakfast, clean room, owner very helpful. I stayed as there was a gig at the Waterloo Club in Blackpool. Tram stop is just across the road from the guest house so very convenient. I have stayed there before.

Pros:

Staff, the room was all sound

Cons:

The toilet had poo in it and had splashed on seat even though it had a labell on as if to say it had been cleaned. And smelled of wee all the time. Would have been happier if clean and could smell a nice smell as if all be thoroughly cleaned with bleach etc.

A good value for money hotel.
Pros:

Arrived early to drop Off luggage and was welcomed by the host who made us a pot of tea. Thr room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ample with a good range of cold buffet items and cooked breakfast. Tram stops directly outside the hotel.

The host was very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. Parking available. Located across the road from a tram stop and near the start/finish of the illuminations.
