Disgraceful
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

My room wasn’t even habitable. The roof leaking freely, the room smelt strongly of mold the door was unsafe I had to stay on the floor in my friends room which wasn’t much better it had a broken bed base and was freezing, there was no hot water or heating.

It was great and I only come here now when I stay in Blackpool. It’s a great wee place to stay

There was mushrooms growing out the floor there was no heating the first night and I had my young child which is now poorly also the beds were uneven and like bricks the key to the front door did not work

The room we were given had mould from floor to ceiling in one corner paint peeling off wall around window door handle hanging off shower head cellotaped on bed was loose felt as ready to collapse and luke warm water from tap and 2draw unit unusable

Pros:

Was close to beach shops pubs
Had it's own bar and pool table games room for kids which was good Had kettle and te coffee super.

Cons:

Wasn't very clean in a lot places, bathroom floor still dirty, widows filthy mine didn't lock and had user's outside back so didn't feel safe with my kids, ceiling had leak stains all down wall was hot day no fans, beds were so springy and evey time one us moved like moving on metal poles and strings which us shame as did have good points,
