Cud not fault it
We stumbled on this place after walking out of another and I’m glad we did. Hotel was spotless staff was friendly breakfast was served hot and really nice value for money. I’ll defo return

Very clean and very friendly. If you need anything just ask.
Room and en suite bathroom were spotless as were all the communal areas.
Breakfast was freshly cooked with choice of cereal or cooked breakfast although we did see other people asking for other things like scrambled egg and toast etc. and this wasn't a problem for the kitchen to accommodate.
Ray was really friendly and welcoming, as was everyone we met.

Like a lot of accommodation in Blackpool the decor was a bit dated (cream paint over wood chip wallpaper) BUT I completely understand that this is a matter of personal taste and it would be a monumental task to remove , it in absolutely no way will detract from your stay and it certainly won't stop us from returning.

Lovely hotel to stay in. The location is perfect for hitting the seafront and all main attractions. The owners were lovely people made me and my daughters very welcome. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast on a morning was brilliant.

Quilts were quite thin for the time of year, room was cold.
Had a lovely 2 night stay with the grandchildren. Breakfast was good too. Friendly owner and staff 👍😊
