Great location; warm and friendly hosts; perfect for a short stay.
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Facilities and room clean and well maintained. Lovely, warm welcome from host and all staff we encountered. Great to have the resident bar available after plenty of steps up and down the Prom! Breakfast was fantastic and again small, personal touches made a huge difference. We will be back.

Cons:

Pillows could have been better quality - slightly uncomfortable and in the hot drinks packs that are so thoughtful, consider long life milk sachets as no fridges provided - but that is being super picky.

Pros:

Location and car park nearby. Superb breakfast.

Cons:

Whitener for hot drinks in the room. I bought milk.
Only 1 spoon, so I rinsed it between tea/coffee drinks
Some rubbish missed under the bunk beds
Although I dealt with it, if I would have raised it I'm sure they would have accommodated us.

Walking distance to beach and would still recommend
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very chatty, the hotel was very clean.

Cons:

The mattress wasn’t the best, to springy so when you move your partner moves to. Other downside was breakfast between 8-9 and check out was 10am and that’s early.

Location wasn't the best.
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, very welcoming, clean, tidy room and bathroom.

Cons:

The location was very rough and quite a scruffy area. It's a shame for the hotel being in that location because it is run by decent people and it is clean an tidy. Breakfast wasn't for me but it's great it was included with your stay. It's just not really for me sitting with a bunch of strangers and i like my bacon well done if i do have brekkie. Shower was a little to high fixed on the wall for someone of my height. We had the attic room and it was absolutely boiling and the window only opens a jar. If we put the small air con box on it was very noisy, need a fan as extra in the room. Hot tap also doesn't work and it's very small room not enough storage for 3 peoples stuff. Luckily we only stayed for 2 nights. Beds very comfy. Overall for the price we paid it was ok. if i do stay in blackpool again it'll be further on up the front area towards south.
