Horror Hotel

Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Wir buchten drei Doppelzimmer und keins dieser Zimmer war sauber. Der Teppich war fleckig und der Kühlschrank (wenn man ein im Zimmer hatte) war schimmlig und roch so widerlich. Im Bad waren die Armaturen locker und verrostet und es gäbe keine Seife im Seifenspender. Da wir wirklich nur zum Schlafen da waren sahen wir grob drüber hinweg. Aber als wir am Abend wieder kamen und der Rezeption mitteilten das es draußen spiegelglatt sei und man kaum ins Hotel kommt wurde das eiskalt ignoriert.
Am nächsten Morgen erwartete uns dann das Frühstück (was ja in einigen Bewertungen gelobt wurde) wir können nur sagen es war eine voll Katastrophe! Kaffe der mehr nach Abwaschwasser geschmeckt hat, schmutziges Geschirr+ Tische, Cornflakes ohne Milch, Ben kleiner Teller bit paar Scheiben Wurst, bisschen Käse und Tomaten/Gurken/Paprika... Ach und nicht zu vergessen irgendeine widerliche körnige Pampe die wir ehrlicherweise nicht Probieren wollten. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde dann widerwillig bisschen Milch für die Kinder hingestellt und etwas Marmelade. Es gab sonst nichts weiter. Das war das erbärmlichste Frühstück meines Lebens und ich schämte mich wirklich dort meine Kinder mit zu haben. Liebes Booking-Team ich bitte euch dieses Hotel von eurer Plattform zu entfernen! Es ist herrunter gekommen, alt, dreckig und widerlich. Fahrstuhl funktioniert seit Monaten nicht mehr, Türschlösser schließen nicht mehr, in allen drei Zimmern ging kein Fernseher mehr, also ich weiss nicht wann diese Absteige jemals 3 Sterne bekommen hat aber es ist sträflich das da überhaupt noch drei Sterne dran kleben.

Personel miły i życzliwy. Spory parking. Duży pokój

W pokoju łazienka osobno z toaletą. Bardzo miękki materac w łóżku. Zarówno części wspólne jak i pokój podniszczone.

Jestem rozczarowany, biorąc pod uwagę zadowolenie z wcześniejszych pobytów.

Cons:

Zepsuty zamek w drzwiach - nie mogłem zamknąć drzwi od środka. Zaplamiona pościel, z naszytą łatą.. Śniadanie bardzo, bardzo skromne, mało zróżnicowane. Nie działająca winda - brak informacji przy rezerwacji, problem dla osoby z niepełnosprawnością. Całość wyraźnie gorsza niż podczas poprzednich kilku pobytów.

Byli jsme tam podruhé, tak jsme věděli, co očekávat.

Cons:

Nepříjemné překvapení byl nefunkční výtah, v pokoji nebyla lednicka, tepla voda byla spise studena, televize nefungovala, hluk až do jedné v noci přijíždějících hostů. Další překvapení nás čekalo na snídani, kde byl nezvladnutelny příliv dvou turistických autobusů. Personal nestíhal doplňovat cokoliv. Nevíme, jestli ještě přijedeme.
