Hotel Maravilhoso,comunicação entre hotel e booking péssima.

O lugar incrível e atendimento excepcional,porém minha decepção foi presentear um casal de amigos e já ter pago e Booking não passar a informação ao Hotel,foi muito grave e chato essa situação,estou bem receosa em usar o Booking novamente
