Lacking in Newfoundland charm
Cons:

The property kept emailing me about breakfast. Breakfast is an expensive do it yourself process. The emails included bread to toast for options 1 to 4. I opted for 2 and 3 that included bread per the email. The person checking us in told us abrasively that we did not respond to the email(s). When I cheked the food provided, it was wrong (supposed to get waffles but got eggs). 2 little waffle pieces were provided and the bread taken away. I said the bread was supposed to be included per the emails but was rudely told it wasn't. Aggravate me over a piece of bread! Also, the room closely overlooked an active graveyard, the backs of work trucks and the town water tank--without a view of Woody Point. Newfoundland charm was lacking in this place.

A gem in Woody Point
Pros:

Donna is an incredible host, welcoming, prepared, funny, and generous with her knowledge of Gros Morne and her culinary skills. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It’s a short walk down to the water and a beautiful view over Bonne Bay. I think it might be the prettiest view I’ve ever seen

Un accueil chaleureux, une belle chambre très bien équipée et un excellent repas.
Pros:

L’idée de choisir les petits déjeuners à l’avance et qu’ils soient déposés dans notre frigo, c’était génial.
Le souper cinq services était délicieux, notre meilleur repas du voyage.

Cons:

Les 2 jours de pluie qui nous ont empêchés de profiter de notre terrasse😉.

The Rooms offer exceptional facilities! We highly recommend!
Pros:

What's not to like at this delightful property? The area around Woody Point greeted us with beautiful scenery. The Rooms was easy to find and had so many amazing upgrades. Heated bathroom and shower floor; wireless charging ports, King bed that was so so comfy, and quite a few (that we didn't use), such as e-charging stations for car, doggy towel to wipe pets' feet, and more. We were sorry to only stay one night and quickly realized we had been spoiled on our first night in Newfoundland.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Staff was very attentive when greeting us and resolved the issue with other guests in no time. Room was perfect for our needs. The views of Bonney Bay and mountains are fantastic. Convinient access to Gros Morne National Park.
