Great spot to relax and be simple.
Pros:

Owner was fabulous and so helpful. Fishing area and the beach, when the tide goes out, is amazing. Roughly 50 yards gained.

Cons:

Given it's a fishing area, occasionally the fishy smell was a little tough at times. The positive side is the fresh seafood is amazing at the nearby popular restaurant less than a quarter mile down the street/beach.

Hotel is okay but the area is not for foreign tourists
Pros:

Hotel is on the beach

Cons:

About the hotel itself nothing to complain about. A bit overpriced in comparison with other hotels in Vietnam. There is nothing around the area of the hotel, just some small local "restaurants". You can't use Grab in this area, so after checking out, I had to order a local taxi which was ridiculously overpriced.
