For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.
Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

The spar was relaxing & well organised. The treatments were excellent & staff very professional & friendly
No air con in the room & with window restrictions we couldn't get any air movement in the room at over 20c at night, there was a fan provided.
