Important information:


For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.

Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

Monday > Friday: 09:00 - 10.00 (Summer holidays only) and 14:30 - 18:30,
Saturday & Sunday: 08:30 - 10:30 and 14:30 - 16:30Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

British new build corporate hostelry at its most typical.
Pros:

Room spacious and well appointed

Cons:

Leisure centre was dreadful - staff indifferent to requests and spa staff "gone home early today" despite calling to ensure. No control over behaviour in pool - people drunk or drugged doing foul things. Staff indifferent

Breakfast was muddled and uninspiring (think cold fried eggs and portion controlled jam "no marmalade, difficult to source now").

Sent careful message to Manager who ignored it.

Cons:

Some staff made us feel like a nuisance to them, not a guest. Breakfast was farcically disorganised.

A slightly warmer and more relaxed approach from the reception staff would enhance the experience. I hope they are well supported in their roles.

Pros:

The kind staff at the desk (taller lady) upgraded me to a penthouse which was very appreciated. An amazing room, amazing experience, couldn’t fault it at all. Morrisons over the road for anything you need and not far into Cambridge.

Cons:

Can’t really think of anything to put here!

Good facilities for business event- fabulous catering and really friendly bar staff

Modern and for a conference event- great facilities

Cons:

Was given a disabled assistance room which had many “help” cords which are always a risk an seem to have been overcharged the room rate- which I will take up with the hotel

The rooms was beautiful and location

Cons:

The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was far too much. It’s tarnished my partners silver jewellery and removed nail varnish and left us both with very sore eyes and rashes on our skin

I was with my daughter and we both loved it.
Pros:

Spacious and clean room including drinks. Dinner was very delicious. Full English breakfast was great.

Cons:

Swimming pool a bit small and we were unfortunate to meet some people who were not very tolerant of children in the pool.
