For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.
Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The service was chaotic at times. On the Monday they told me room service was unavailable because they didn't have enough staff? On Tuesday room service was back on . Having attempted to order sandwiches at the bar downstairs they told you can't order after 6pm it was 7pm but l could go to my room and order sandwiches from there on room service?? From the bar?? So l went upstairs and ordered 2 cheese sandwiches. They brought a cheese board? I said it was sandwiches l ordered and they it was to late to change it!! When l spoke to reception they thought l was mistaken 😟l paid a lot of money for my 3 night stay so l will look elsewhere in future l am a regular traveler to Cambridge
The facilities were very good and staff were excellent.
No specific motorcycle parking and the fact that they took an extra £50/per night. ( this was discounted when we left as nothing had been charged to the room).

The tables in the bar area needed clearing & needed a spray down.
Nice hotel with tasty breakfast. Spa area was clean and well presented.
Room 115 altho on the ground floor and you don't see the lift to get to the room, is very noisy and right behind your wall. You can hear it all night and also people using the stairs.
