Important information:

For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.

Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

Please see below our dedicated Children swim times:
Monday > Friday: 09:00 - 10.00 (Summer holidays only) and 14:30 - 18:30,
Saturday & Sunday: 08:30 - 10:30 and 14:30 - 16:30Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Great place to stay when visiting family in Cambourne
Pros:

Excellent price for the facilities
Helpful staff
Located conveniently near the facilities in Cambourne (pub, supermarket).
Located quite a distance from Cambridge but easily accessible by X3 bus from the train station.

Pros:

Good breakfast

Cons:

Water in our bath when we arrived. Lift to 3rd floor out of action. Long queues for check out. Seemed like a weeding reception while we stayed , following morning downstairs toilet disgusting and patio covered in mess.

Ok.cueing to get to the bar, due to staff shortages.
Pros:

The carb fish.

Cons:

Lack of staff. Some of breakfast staff were not welcoming. Especially what I think were Eastern Europe they seem un approachable and spoke in their mother tongue.

Nice stay for the budget travellers
Pros:

Beautiful setting and comfortable

There were no little extra bits in room
Like hand cream. Only one Box of tissues ( in bathroom) none in bedroom

All in all good but during the exceptional heat a fan didn’t really do the job

I had the most uncomfortable night I have ever experienced in any hotel. Food wasn't great either.
Pros:

Checking in was smooth

Cons:

There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the rooms. They provide only a small fan and if you stay over on a hot summer night like we did, you will have a very uncomfortable night/rest in. They should at least inform guests at the booking stage so that we have enough information to make a decision whether to go ahead and book or not!!

Looks good on the outside but definitely a lot of flaws that a basic premier inn even offers.
Pros:

Decent location, bed was comfortable

Cons:

No AC in the rooms (a basic functionality in a room) when it was a super hot day, the cleaners didn’t clean the room at all properly in a 2 day stay. There was no fridge in the room because it had been removed and we had to ask the bar to store some food items.

A good place to stay but probably in need of a refresh.
Pros:

Size and cleanliness of the rooms. Powerful shower and excellent bathroom. Well equipped gym.

Cons:

Gym and spa closed at 7pm on Sunday evening, not 9pm as previously advertised.

No air conditioning in the junior suites and general bedrooms although fans were kindly provided by reception.

Music noise from other bedrooms until around 11:30pm.

Overall good hotel and location but a few improvements need to be made
Pros:

Breakfast was good but nobody was keeping an eye on refilling self service dishes when they ran out.
Coffee machine not good.
Swimming pool was great

It was a sweltering few days over 30° and although the hotel had some air conditioning most of the rooms dod not
We could hardly breathe in our room, but they did provide a fan.
The hotel was. Very busy, wedding, birthday party etc. When we checked out there was a long queue at reception for the single receptionist, even though much of the time there had been more than one.

Cons:

Rooms do not have aircon and even with window open (very small window....) the room temperature was c35 degrees. Unbearable! Not possible to sleep.
