For all guests arriving at the hotel, we reserve the right to pre-authorize a credit or debit card for the room rate per night plus an additional £50 per night for extras. The hotel is not charging your credit card. A pre-authorization is a security guarantee for payment only. Any excess pre-authorization will be released on the day of departure.If you cannot provide the hotel with a credit or debit card on check-in to pre-authorize, full prepayment will be required on arrival. Once the pre-authorization has been completed, you may charge items to your room during your stay by presenting your room key card wallet and signing for the transaction.
Hotel Guests are welcome to use the Health Club facilities including the swimming pool from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

Location OK. Room was a good size and well equipped (but my coffee wasn't topped up for the second day, which was unfortunate as I had an early start.)
Service and food in the bar on first night was good. All OK so far... and on balance I'll probably return.
I wasn't impressed, on check-in, when I asked if there was a quicker route to the EV chargers (they are right round the back of the hotel, and it was freezing...) I'm sure there's a better way of putting it than a rather flippant "No....a long walk it is for you...!!" As first impressions go, that isn't optimal.
On my second night there, the service in the bar was just abysmal. The two staff they had on shouldn't - frankly - be allowed anywhere near front line Customer Service. The hotel is convenient for a project I'm working on, and there are other mitigating factors that mean I might come back, but if my decision was purely down to the two awful staff on duty on my second night, you wouldn't see me for dust.
Polite, balanced, and very specific feedback was provided when I checked out; still waiting for any sort of follow-up from Management on the issue, but I'm not holding my breath.
Lovely, comfortable room in quiet location, clean and airy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we were able to have our dog with us too. Very good value for money, and room service were also very helpful.
The fridge didn't keep anything cold at all. Quality of coffee was very poor as the machines were either out of order or on a very weak setting which couldn't be changed.
Nice decor clean spacious
A little bit tired in places, the breakfast was cold coffee machine didn’t work plates were cold not much of a selection.
Breakfast was lovely
The room heating wasn’t working. We called reception but they didn’t answer. My husband sent to reception but there was no one there. So we had a very chilly time on a very cold night. When we paid they knocked 10% off our bill but we’d have preferred a warm night.
The breakfast was very good and there was a large choice available. The room was very clean and tidy.

Clean and comfortable - good beds some very helpful staff.
A bit disappointed with some of the food choices - we felt that the food was generally overpriced.
Professional but friendly service. The dogs were truly welcomed. The breakfast was excellent. My brother is lactose and gluten intolerant, and the choice and explanation of what he could eat was the best we have ever experienced.

Staff not present and no really prepared , we arrive 5 min after breakfast close and we had no breakfast.

The only afternoon we had time to use the pool (Sunday) there were alot of children using it, so unfortunately we didn't try it.
