Looked after very well. Lovely lounge to sit in and relax. Didn’t use the bar but it looked very good.
Pros:

Proximity to shops and restaurants
The hotel staff were extremely helpful.
My husband uses walking sticks, there is no lift in the property and staff changed our booking to first floor which was much appreciated.

Cons:

During our stay we found nothing disagreeable .
Perhaps the breakfast was very standard.

Pros:

Well appointed. Very tidy and clean. Staff exceptionally nice. Handy location to Cambridge train station. Very nice breakfast included. Everything compact as is usual in UK.

Cons:

Be aware 1. Narrow stairs to rooms so not great for disabled (ask for ground or lower floor?)
2. No air conditioning. Fans provided but very stuffy during day and overnight.

Lovely stay and staff are super helpful.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Bonus was on site parking at not extra cost, plenty of space. Very good value for money.

Cons:

It could benefit from air conditioning as the rooms are very warm, we did arrive in a heat spell and they did provide fans for the room. This is not a complaint as everything was lovely just a recommendation however, I am aware it is a 3 star hotel, but with air conditioning I would certainly give it 4 star.
