Khi khách hàng đến mang nhiều hành lý và có hành lý nặng cần được trợ giúp khách mang lên cầu thang. Vào phòng khi khách checkin và check out. Nhưng 2 lần mình stay ở 2 bên BOB hotel center or Signature đều giống nhau, mình là phụ nữ mang tự mang hành lý nặng lên cầu thang rất là bất tiện..hơi bị thất vọng

I am sorry I will not return to your hotel and would not recommend to friends and family.
Pros:

The staffs in coffee / dining areas are very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The staffs at the welcome desk needs to be more friendly and helpful. Your company might want to consider investing in training to them. In my opinion front desk staffs should know is going on in their city to be able to help and advise their guests. I was disappointed.
